Biography

Tracy Lionel Haynes (M.A. in Motion Design, Savannah College of Art and Design) is a 25 year veteran of television journalism including roles as a reporter, photographer, newsroom producer and anchor. Haynes has reported on compelling stories throughout the Southeastern U.S., and also worked in cities like Nashville and Chicago. He has been honored by the Association of Black Journalists,  Associated Press and was awarded the coveted Green Eyeshade award.  He also received numerous Emmy awards for his television reporting, honors from the Society of Professional Journalists and is a recipient of the George Foster Peabody Award.
