In Search of Earth's Secrets

Savannah State University is proud to partner with Girl Scouts of Historic Georgia and Live Oaks Public Library to host the In Search of Earth's Secrets traveling exhibit.  The exhibit will visit Savannah, GA the 2021 summer and return in 2022.

The In Search of Earth’s Secrets exhibit allows audiences to enjoy hands-on experience while learning about exciting science topics researched by the JOIDES Resolution such as earthquakes, volcanoes, and the extinction of the dinosaurs.  The exhibit focuses on deep ocean geosciences and the International Ocean Discovery Program.
