Auxiliary Services- Customer Service Survey

The Auxiliary Services Department exists to provide products and services to students, staff, faculty, alumni at Savannah State University, which enhance the University experience. In order to enhance the University experience, your voice is important to us. Listening to customers to determine how they can best be served is our mission. 

Student can voice their customer service feedback directly to each department via email or with our Student Government Association (GSA) representative. We would like your feedback in a timely manner so please do not hesitate to let us know how we can improve.
