Work Order and Warehouse Services

The Work Order section is responsible for the issuance of routine work orders for maintenance of all campus facilities. They also work with Plant supervisors and the Assistant Director to create and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program. Routine request for work should be reported to this section by using the web based work order request form. Use of the web site will result in feedback to the customer request via an email. Warehouse Inventory

Physical Plant maintains a warehousing operation mainly for she storage of custodial services materials that are immediately needed for the upkeep of all campus facilities. There are limited materials stored for the other trades within Physical Plant. The work order division is responsible for the warehouse inventory.
