Biography

Dr. Jindani earned her Doctoral Education at Tulane University in 1992. Since then she has worked in higher education. She was hired at Savannah State University in 1996. She is one of the three founding team members who started the MSW program. Currently she coordinates MSW program. Her other areas include student mentorship, project based learning, outcome assessment, university partnerships, field education and building self-efficacy through service learning.

Research Interests

Management, Evaluation and Practice Effectiveness, Social Work Education, Outcome Assessment, Social Policy, Spirituality, non profit sector, Community Based Research.
