Biography

Professor of Political Science. Former Journalist, TV Producer/Director. An Executive Leadership Institute (ELI) scholar of the University System of Georgia. Also, a former Hubert H. Humphrey Fellow at Boston. Interested in relations between the West and the non-West.

Research Interests

The exercise of complex dimensions of power in relations between developing and developed countries especially within international organizations.
