Student Registration

Below are the instrutions for the 2014 SSU-RSEF student registration. Please refer to Forms and Rules for more help in filling out the forms.

Steps to complete Student Registration:

Make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Reader. If not click, the link to the left to download the latest version. 

SSU-RSEF Student Registration Packet (pdf)

  1. Download and open the full registration PDF form above (for specific sections only, see Forms)
  2. Complete the fill-in form by typing in all the information asked.
    • You can save the PDF so that you can come back to it later. Save periodically to avoid retyping information.
  3. Submit the form electronically via the "Submit Form" button on the purple bar at the top of the PDF. This will ask you to how you would like to send your completed form.
    • Sending your completed form via an email client (i.e. Microsoft Outlook)
      • This is no longer officially supported by SSU-RSEF due to incompatibilities with various email clients. Use at your own risk. Alternatively, use the method below to send by email client.
    • Sending your completed form via Internet email (i.e. Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail)
      • Save the file on your computer
      • Open your web browser or email client and sign into your email account
      • Attach the saved file
      • Send to and, you will have successfully sent your student registration.

  5. Get all the necessary signatures
  6. Give your completed packet to your teacher
