Grace Curry aka Lady Grace, Director

Ms. Grace Curry is originally from Savannah, GA, and attended college at the University of Georgia where she obtained a degree in Theatre and MBA from Savannah State University. Grace began working at WHCJ in June 2002, and is currently the Interim Director for WHCJ. She created the Alternative Soul Cafe a show that focuses on Alternative Soul, Spoken Word, conscious thought provoking Hip Hop and Rock Soul. The Alternative Soul Cafe airs on Sundays 11a.m. until 3 p.m. and Wednesdays 1 p.m. until 4 p.m., and a rebroadcast of the Wednesday show is aired on Mondays from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m.

Sylvia Alls, Assistant Director

Sylvia Alls

Originally from Savannah, GA and having lived in Decatur, GA, Ms. Sylvia Alls is an alumna of Savannah State University.  Ms. Alls received her B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communications with a minor in English in 2015.  In January 2016, she began her professional career as the managing editor at the Savannah Tribune.  Alls is a recipient of the 2015 Jim Demulling Award for Best Film with a Social Justice Theme for Road to Desegregation. Alls is also an avid photographer and self-proclaimed food connoisseur.
