Biography

I earned my Ph.D. in Mathematics in 1991 from the University of Kansas. I had been a research fellow at Naval Surface Warfare Research Center at Dahlgren VA and SPAWAR System Center East at Charleston SC. At both research centers, I did data analysis and data mining. I also had been a panelist of NSF Graduate Research Fellowship Programs. As a panelist I reviewed proposals and gave recommendation to NSF to award fellowship to top candidates.
