Dr. Blood is Director of Confucius Institute and Full Professor in the Department of Fine Arts Humanities & Wellness. Prior to SSU she Directed satellite campuses (Fairfield &Travis AFD) for Chapman Universities in California. Her area of specialization is Fine Arts, Higher Education & Administration. She is a Fulbright Specialist & Fulbright Specialist Program Peer Reviewer, and reviewer for other academic fellowships and scholarships. Blood is a visiting scholar at Jiujiang University in Jiujiang, China. 2-All basic art related materials costs for production of work, personal art accessories, etc will have to be borne by the artist or the management will facilitate materials at reasonable cost. 3-Two works of 3x3 ft (for paintings) or equivalent, made by the artist will be selected by the management as contribution to the Atelier collection. 4-All artists are requested to give a presentation of their Study in Colva, Goa India purpose to study the art and culture of the region especially the role of women, as well as, discover new techniques in painting and print making. In addition: One -woman art show, one group show, meet local artists and community leaders. The study was the beginning of a greater research on the Role of Women across the Globe.
