I was born in Jamaican, the son of a farmer in the rural farming communities. I went to high school in Mandeville, Manchester. I also attended Munro College for Sixth form and took my A'levels (British exams) there.
I got my BSc in Electronics and Computer Science as well as my MSc in Management Information Systems from The University of the West Indies.
After 17 years in the IT industry of Jamaica performing roles including MIS Manager, Database Administrator and Systems Analyst, I arrived in America in 2008 to pursue my PhD in Information Technology at Old Dominion University.
I have also taught at Miami University.
I am uncle to more than 2 dozen wonderful nieces and nephews.
My hobbies include Movies, museums, trade-shows, live concerts, sight-seeing.
