Performance Evaluations The Board of Regents (BOR) states that all employees shall be evaluated by their supervisor in a systematic manner at specified time intervals, but in no case less than once each year. In order to adhere to the BOR performance evaluation policy, all Managerial/Professional and Staff employees occupying a benefited position at Savannah State University shall be evaluated.
