Post-Baccalaureate Program
Individuals who have already earned a bachelor's degree and wish to acquire initial teacher licensure may do so as non-degree "Pedagogy-only" students. Typically, certification takes 4 consecutive semesters to complete, with the last semester being dedicated to Student Teaching and Seminar.

Prior to the First Semester of Study, applicants MUST successfully complete the following:
- Pass or exempt the GACE Program Admission Examination
- Pass all parts of the applicable GACE Content Area Examinations
- Pass the Georgia Ethics Assessment (Program 360)
- Provide a copy of a Driver's License or Passport for Lawful Presence Verification
- Obtain a Georgia Pre-Service Application
- Earned the required 3.0 overall GPA
- Completed all field hours and submitted required documentation
- Obtained a Georgia Pre-Service Certificate
During the Fourth Semester of Study, teacher candidates MUST:
- Maintain the required 3.0 overall GPA
- Successfully complete teaching experience
