Kennedy Fine Arts Building which houses classrooms, rehearsal and practice facilities, laboratory spaces, and faculty offices. The centerpiece is the Kennedy Fine Arts Theater. This 200-seat concert auditorium is home to a brand new Steingraeber & Söhne grand piano and is complete with theatrical lighting, amplification system, and a projector for multimedia performances.

Other performance and laboratory facilities include the Recital Hall, Band Rehearsal Hall, Choir Rehearsal Hall, Keyboard Studio, Music Theory Lab, Music Production Lab, and Computer Lab completely furnished with Macintosh desktops. Students and faculty also have access to the Black Box Theater located in the Wilcox-Wiley Gym. The Black Box Theater is an ideal intimate space for chamber recitals.
