2022- 2023 Housing Rates

Students are assigned and charge for a residence hall after completing the Housing application process, including the successful payment of the Housing Application Fee. Charges are assessed per semester and dependent on residency. Prorations to the charge may occur if approved and processed by the Office of University Housing and Residence Life.

Residential students are required to purchase a Resident parking decal (if they keep a vehicle on campus), a Post Office Box (PO Rental ,$9.00 per Semester, will be automatically assessed to each resident.), laundry (Unlimited laundry package, $35.00, per Semester, will be automatically assessed to each resident.) and a residential meal plan.
