The mission of the Budget Office is to assist in the development of goals, policies and priorities for the optimal use of the University’s resources. We provide the necessary support and assistance required in the preparation and development of the institution’s budget; monitor the operating budget to promote efficiency, effectiveness and compliance.

The speedtype listing provides departments with their accounting information to be used when making purchases for the University via the Check Requisition process and through e-Procurement. This information is also required when running budget progress reports, and when completing the e-Procurement security request form.
