Academic Advising and Mentoring Program (AAMP)
The Academic Advising and Mentoring Program (AAMP) is a team of motivating, professional advisors dedicated to providing quality academic services. The Academic Advising and Mentoring Program, provides professional personalized academic advising and mentoring to all Savannah State University students with up to 60 earned credit hours. Students see advisors based on their declared major; specialized advisors are also available for Early College students, student athletes, Latino students, and students who have not yet declared a major (undeclared). Advisor goals and advisee responsibilities promote retention and student success by connecting students with the resources that are available to them to support their academic, social and personal goals.
