SSU Canada StudyAbroad 
We will focus on the literature and history of the Underground Railroad: Tracing the Journey to Freedom from Savannah, Georgia to Halifax, Canada. Join Dr. Hardy and Dr. Jamison as they explore with you Canadian culture and history.
The trip is scheduled to leave Savannah, Georgia June 18th and return on July 27th, 2012. Students can sign up to take ENGL 4400, AFRS 4400 and STAB 4400 (Independent Research). The cost is anticipated to be approximately $4,000 which covers travel, tuituion, some meals, and accomodations.
Insurance, Passport and any required immunization fees are not included in the program cost.
Eligibility
This program is open to all University System of Georgia undergraduates and graduate students.
